A welcome dinner on the day of arrival kicked off the gathering. It provided the first opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas and to network.
The next morning began with a tour of our manufacturing facility. In addition to gaining insight into our production processes, we had the opportunity to meet the people behind the scenes who craft our spotlights and fixtures with great care and skill. Afterward, as a surprise, we were able to arrange a short tour of our raw parts supplier’s facility and watch as various individual parts were turned and milled. In the afternoon, we attended an informative presentation about our products, several custom projects, and the latest innovations in the showroom of our future headquarters—the old “post office” in Kamenz.
Together with all participants and employees, we wrapped up a very eventful day in a charming atmosphere, enjoying many regional specialties.
