Our products are covered by statutory warranty rights. If a product is defective, we will, of course, carefully investigate the matter and work with you to find a suitable solution. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will provide a remedy in the form of a repair or replacement.
We’re also happy to assist you even after the statutory deadlines have expired. Please send us a brief description of the defect, along with photos and details about the project, if possible. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with an assessment and, if necessary, a cost estimate.
Yes, we are happy to create custom designs within the scope of our technical and manufacturing capabilities. Please send us your specific ideas, including technical requirements, installation details, desired finish, and other relevant conditions.
The more detailed the project information is, the more precisely we can assess which solution is feasible and how we can best support you. We will coordinate any changes or special requests with you on a project-by-project basis.
We are working to gradually expand our product documentation. If you have any questions about installation or use, we’ll be happy to assist you personally and provide you with the available technical information.
For cleaning, we recommend a dry microfiber cloth. For heavier soiling, a mild dish soap solution may be used. Please clean the surface only with a slightly damp—not wet—cloth.
Our products are typically used on a project-by-project basis for commercial customers, design professionals, architects, electricians, and contractors. If you are a residential customer planning a project, we recommend that you work with a qualified electrician or design professional.
We are happy to assist with product-related questions and provide the necessary information for proper planning and installation.
We do not currently operate our own showroom. However, we would be happy to provide you with relevant references or examples of projects where our products have already been used. In addition, some of our retail partners have their own showrooms or sample collections, so depending on your location, you may be able to view samples there as well.
By arrangement, you can also visit our manufacturing facility to get a firsthand look at our products and how we work.

Our standard finishes are matte anodized aluminum in black and silver. Many products are also available in optional special colors: matte anodized aluminum in gold, champagne, and bronze.
We are happy to evaluate other surface finishes, such as RAL coatings, on a project-by-project basis. Please contact us with your requirements so that we can assess their technical feasibility.

Safety and Quality
In general, all of our products are suitable for an illuminance of 30 lux. The key factor here is setting the dimming level correctly. For applications with low illuminance levels, we recommend always selecting the lowest possible wattage.
For individual spotlights, LED drivers with a dimming range of 0.1–100% should also be used to ensure precise and uniform light control.
Our track spotlights are dimmable down to 1% (exceptions: Casambi C1-mini-C and C2-C spotlights). The C1-mini-C and C2-C models can even be dimmed down to 0.4%, allowing for particularly fine-tuned lighting adjustments.
Thanks to our modular system, our products can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of lighting requirements. They were developed specifically for display case lighting in museums, but are also ideal for use in stores, galleries, and sophisticated interior lighting applications.

Yes, our heaters generate heat, the extent of which depends on the specific product model as well as the environmental conditions at the installation site (e.g., ambient temperature, air circulation, and installation configuration).
Yes, only products with a mechanically screw-mounted light head are suitable for this purpose. Due to their design, models with a magnetic ball joint are not suitable for this application. Suitable models include, for example, the C1-micro-VL-D single spotlight and various spotlights for magnetic track systems.

Electronics
PWM dimming (pulse-width modulation) is a method for controlling the brightness of LEDs. In this process, the LED is turned on and off at a high frequency. By varying the ratio of the on and off times, the perceived brightness is adjusted without significantly changing the color of the light.
In general, many of our products can be integrated into existing control systems. Compatibility depends primarily on the power supply or LED driver used. With the appropriate components, our solutions can be integrated into DALI, Casambi, or KNX environments. The C1-mini-C and C2-C models can also be connected directly to an existing Casambi network.
Dimmers from feno GmbH are used with our track spotlights that do not have a built-in dimming function. Dimming is achieved via a PWM signal transmitted through the magnetic track. The dimmers can operate within a voltage range of 10 to 48 V DC and use a low PWM frequency to minimize potential noise.
A potentiometer is an adjustable resistor used to control voltage or signals. Turning or sliding a movable wiper changes the resistance value. In a PWM dimmer control system, the potentiometer serves as a setpoint sensor. Adjusting the potentiometer changes the duty cycle of the pulse-width modulation. The higher the duty cycle, the longer the LED remains on and the brighter it appears. This allows for efficient and stepless control of the brightness.
For digital dimming, we recommend using power supplies or LED drivers from eldoLED. These support various digital dimming protocols and enable precise, flicker-free lighting control. We’d be happy to help you select the right driver for your application.
With the Casambi app, you can quickly and easily pair or unpair compatible devices. If a light has already been connected to another network, you can reset it and then easily integrate it into your own Casambi network.

Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 6–8 weeks. However, this can vary significantly and always depends on the size of the order and the specific requirements of the product you wish to purchase.
We always ship our products in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) shipping terms, specifically FCA (Free Carrier). The goods are packaged and made available to our customers for pickup.
New customers are always required to pay in advance. Payment terms may be adjusted as our business relationship progresses.
Magnetic rail
In general, you can cut our magnetic rails to the desired length yourself. However, cuts may only be made on the side without the mounting hole. Please understand that we cannot accept any liability or provide any warranty for any damage resulting from cuts you make yourself.
Alternatively, we can cut the rails for you: We’ll manufacture your magnetic rails exactly to the dimensions you need for your project at no extra charge.
Magnetic rails are available in gold, champagne, silver, and black.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer magnetic rails in white, as we use RAL-compliant powder coating for our white finish. However, the coating would cause the rails to lose their conductivity.
Unfortunately, powder coating is not possible for our magnetic rails, as it would impair the rails' electrical conductivity.
To accommodate a wide variety of installation scenarios and applications, various mounting solutions are available for our magnetic rail systems.
Depending on your project requirements, magnetic, screw-mounted, or adhesive mounting options are available. We would be happy to advise you on selecting the mounting solution that is technically best suited for your application.
With our puck, magnetic tracks can also be installed vertically.
Magnetic-Track Spotlights
For our magnetic track spotlights, we offer the special colors gold and champagne, as well as powder coatings in RAL colors.
The C1-mini-HC spotlight can be easily adjusted using the dimming stick included in the package. Insert the dimming stick into the designated slot on the front of the spotlight. A green LED lights up during the dimming process to indicate active communication and confirm the setting.
The C1-micro-LC, C1-mini-LC, C1-mini-UHC, and C1-USTS lights can be dimmed in groups.
The maximum number of lights depends on the power (wattage) of the power supply used. We'd be happy to advise you on this.
Our lenses are not permanently installed and can be replaced as needed.
Diffusion films are used to specifically control the beam angle of the lens.
A zoom lens makes it possible to change the focal length and thus flexibly adjust the beam angle without having to reposition the light fixture.

Für die Einzelstrahler der Serie C1-VL mit Verlängerungsröhrchen sind diese Zoom-Optiken nicht geeignet. Durch ihr vergleichsweise hohes Eigengewicht kann es zu erhöhter mechanischer Belastung und Einschränkungen bei der Positionierung kommen. Wir empfehlen auch hier den Einsatz der Standardoptiken.
Eine Zoom-Optik ermöglicht es, die Brennweite zu verändern und damit den Abstrahlwinkel flexibel anzupassen, ohne den Strahler selbst neu ausrichten zu müssen.

Tunable White ist für die Lichtleiste R-SL-16 sowie deren Varianten (z.B. R-SL-16-T und R-SL-16-TG) verfügbar.
Die Lichtleiste R1 ist nicht mit Strahlern kombinierbar. Alternativ empfehlen wir unsere Linearleuchte R-SL-16, die mit dem Strahler C1-mini-R-SL kombiniert werden kann.
Die unterschiedlichen Abstrahlwinkel werden durch die variable Positionierung der Linearlinse im Profil erzeugt. Je nach Einbauhöhe verändert sich die Lichtführung und damit die Abstrahlcharakteristik.
In dieser Kombination kann die entstehende Wärme nicht ausreichend abgeführt werden. Um eine Überhitzung sowie mögliche Schäden zu vermeiden und einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sicherzustellen, ist die Leistung auf 1 W begrenzt.
Bei den Varianten mit „TG“ werden die Röhrchen auf Gehrung geschnitten, wodurch eine besonders elegante Linienführung entsteht. Bei den „T“-Varianten erfolgt der Übergang über speziell entwickelte Endstücke.
