Lib
The Lib desk lamp was developed in collaboration with Light Bureau Norway specifically for workspaces in libraries. It provides precise, glare-free lighting for the workspace, thereby promoting focused reading and work. The Lib is intuitive to operate, features a deliberately understated design, and is engineered for reliable use in public environments.
It uses two miniature LED spotlights typically found in museums, which achieve an illuminance of over 1,000 lx on the work surface. Furthermore, it meets the requirements of the EN 12464-1:2021 standard (Ref. No. 41.2) and significantly exceeds the illuminance levels specified therein.
The Lib is currently in use at Deichman Bjørvika in Oslo, where it helps create a pleasant working atmosphere.
